Birthday celebrations at CCHS span 2 hours and feature a range of activities tailored to your group's age and size.

​

During the first hour, guided by an CCHS team member, you'll enjoy an adoption floor tour, engaging games, and the opportunity to meet adorable adoptable animals. The second hour is dedicated to your festivities: unwrapping gifts, enjoying pizza and cupcakes (provided by CCHS), all in our cozy conference room. And to top it off, each guest goes home with a special CCHS goody bag!

What's included in a CCHS party?

• Access to our Conference room, including tables, table coverings, and chairs

• Accommodation for up to 12 children (ages 5 and up) plus 6 adults

• For adult parties, a maximum of 12 adults in total

• Up to 4 pizzas, 18 cupcakes, water

• Animal-themed decorations

• Email invitations for your guests

• Setup and cleanup of tables, chairs, and any pre-arranged decor

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up gifts

• 1-hour of activities led by CCHS staff, followed by 1-hour for treats and gifts

• The space must be vacated promptly at the end of the 2-hour rental period

Are birthday parties limited to children?

Absolutely not! Adults are also invited to celebrate their birthdays at CCHS.

Although we cannot permit alcoholic beverages, we can adjust our activities to suit a more mature audience. If you have any questions, please contact us!

What else do I need to know before booking?

• Guests are welcome to bring additional food, beverages, and gifts to celebrate during the final hour of your party. Keep in mind, we have limited refrigeration space available.

• Birthday parties are held exclusively in our conference room, and guests are required to remain within the designated party area throughout the event. Our admin building is open to the public during party times; all activities will occur away from reception desk. 

• To ensure a positive and safe experience for all, the selection of animals for visitation is solely the responsibility of CCHS staff keeping the birthday celebrant's animal preferences in mind.

• If an animal displays discomfort or poses a safety concern during a visit, our education staff will promptly remove the animal from the room. While we will make every effort to introduce another suitable animal if time permits and one is available, animal visits cannot be guaranteed.

• CCHS reserves the right to conclude a party prematurely if guests engage in inappropriate behavior, fail to adhere to our guidelines, or jeopardize the well-being of an animal. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances. By booking a birthday party at CCHS, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our policies.

• Parties will start and end punctually.

• Firearms, weapons, or any form of violence are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
